Lawless Company - Inspection Procedure

A proficient inspection is thorough and involves a number of interrelated systems and components. It requires a detailed protocol. During our initial phone discussion
we will review your particular home and my inspection procedures and standards. We will
discuss any concerns or questions you may have about the house and the
inspection. We will confirm the fee, inspection date, and time we'll meet at the site I will forward to you my contract and description of services. My inspections follow a detailed procedure.
1st Phase - Site inspections typically take from 3.5 hours to 4.5 hours depending on size and age of the house.
2nd Phase - You will join me at the site at the end of my inspection. I will have completed my procedures and established the condition of the systems and components. During the inspection I take digital photos. I will download the photos on my laptop so we can review the pertinent details, deficiencies, and recommendations. We will visit the sites of these issues and visit/point out - shut off valves - gas, water and electric. All questions and concerns will be addressed ... there is no time limit for your reviews or questions.
3rd Phase - Completion of the written report at my home office. Report will be completed with pertinent pictures, schematics, and recommendations. A report typically takes from 1.5 - 2.5 hours to complete and is forwarded to you via email (.pdf file).

Consulting (Moisture/mold intrusion, ice dams, energy efficiency reviews, maintenance)After initial phone review - 1st Hour at site; $ 59.00. Each additional hour; $ 39.00.
